THEORY COURSES

At Mercator Maritime we specialise in offering individual personalised tuition for all RYA Shorebased courses. Courses take place at our premises in Verwood, Dorset or we can come to your home. The courses can either consist of five days (Monday to Friday), three weekends or can be individually tailored to your personal needs.

To help in the learning process we have a Raymarine Plotter/Radar in our classroom which we will use for practical demonstrations of effective electronic navigation.

All theory courses require some evening study in order to cover the entire syllabus

When comparing our fees please remember that, in order to maintain the highest quality of personal tuition, we take a maximum of two students at any time and, in addition, we offer a substantial reduction if two students book together.
