PLEASE NOTE:
- Our fees are all-inclusive and there are NO hidden extras such as VAT, evening meals or fuel surcharges
- If two students book together the second student will receive a discount of 50% on the above prices, and as all our courses are limited to two students they will have exclusive use of the vessel. This discount makes our fees very competitive with other schools who often have substantially smaller training vessels with more students on board.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All courses are conducted on board our training vessel, and students are accommodated on board.
- The maximum number of students is two.
- Course fees include instruction, accommodation onboard, bed linen, towels, mooring fees and fuel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided onboard. Soft drinks, tea and coffee are available throughout the day.
- Wet weather gear is not provided, although a limited supply is available on loan.
- A deposit of £100 per person is due with the completed booking form. The balance of the fee is due four weeks before the start of the course. If the balance is not paid by the due date Mercator Maritime reserve the right to regard the reservation as cancelled.
- If a student cancels a reserved place more than four weeks before the start of the course the deposit will be returned less an administration fee of £25. If a student cancels a reserved place less than four weeks before the start of the course the deposit will be forfeit. All cancellations must be in writing.
- Mercator Maritime reserve the right to cancel any course. In the event of a cancellation by us our liability will be limited to deposits and course fees already paid.
- Mercator Maritime, its servants, agents and instructors do not accept any responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by any person and/or their property unless such loss or damage was caused by negligence.
- Smoking is not allowed on board at any time.
